Function
The ACC system uses the multipurpose camera and the millimeter radar unit to calculate and adjust the vehicle speed to maintain the appropriate distance between your vehicle and the leading vehicle ahead based on your vehicle speed and driving conditions. When another vehicle cuts in between your vehicle and the leading vehicle, the system switches the target vehicle to the new vehicle using the image information (vehicle and lane information) from the multipurpose camera. When the leading vehicle changes the lane or goes out of the detection range, the vehicle drives at the preset vehicle speed until detecting a new target vehicle.
