Honda Pilot: Auto Idle Stop Function

In the 2023 Honda Pilot, the Auto Idle Stop function enhances fuel economy by automatically turning off the engine during idle periods. When activated, the system is indicated by a green Auto Idle Stop indicator on the dashboard. This feature helps minimize fuel consumption and emissions by temporarily shutting down the engine when the vehicle comes to a stop, such as at traffic lights or in heavy traffic. When conditions require it, the engine restarts seamlessly, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency while driving.
