Honda Pilot: Fuel Fill Door Opener Switch Removal and Installation

Removal/Installation

1. Driver's Door Panel - Remove

2. Fuel Fill Door Opener Switch - Remove

1. Disconnect the connector (A).
2. Remove the fuel fill door opener switch (B).

3. All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

Fuel Fill Pipe Removal and Installation

Removal/Installation

1. Fuel Pressure - Relieve

2. Fuel Tank - Drain

3. Mis-Fuel Inhibit Device - Remove

4. Rear Inner Fender (Left Side) - Remove

5. Fuel Fill Pipe - Remove

USA and Canada models

Mexico models

1. USA and Canada models: Disconnect the quick-connect fitting (A).
2. Mexico models: Disconnect the hoses (B). When you disconnect the hose, slide back the clamp, then twist the hose as you pull to avoid damaging it.
3. Remove the bolts (C).
4. Remove the fuel fill pipe (D).

6. All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
