Honda Pilot: Rear Air Outlet Removal and Installation

Removal/Installation

1. Rear Bumper - Remove

2. Rear Air Outlet - Remove

1. Release the hooks (A), then remove the rear air outlet (B).

   NOTE: Carefully pry out the rear air outlet and not damage or deform the body.

3. All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

• If the tabs on the rear air outlet are broken or stress- whitened, replace the outlet.
• After installation, make sure that the outlet is secure without any gaps between the body and outlet seal.
