Replacement

1. Transmission Housing Bearing - Remove

1. Remove the transmission housing bearing (A) by heating the transmission housing to about 212 ºF (100 ºC) using a heat gun (B).

   NOTE: Do not heat the transmission housing more than 212 ºF (100 ºC).

2. Transmission Housing Bearing - Install

1. Install the transmission housing bearing (A) in the direction shown.

2. Drive the transmission housing bearing until it bottoms using the 66 mm oil seal driver.
