Honda Pilot: Washer Motor Test
Test
1. Front Inner Fender - Remove
Remove the right front inner fender as needed.
2. Windshield/Rear Window Washer Motor - Test

- Disconnect the connector.
- Test the washer motor by connecting battery power to
terminal No. 2 (or No. 1)* and ground to terminal No. 1 (or
No. 2)* of the washer motor. The motor should run.
*: Rear window washer motor operation.
- If the washer motor does not run or fails to run
smoothly, replace the windshield/rear window washer
motor (A).
- If the washer motor runs smoothly, but little or no
washer fluid is pumped, check for a disconnected or
blocked washer hose, or a clogged washer motor
outlet.
3. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
