Honda Pilot: ATF Temperature Sensor Removal and Installation

Removal/Installation

1. Vehicle - Lift

2. Splash Shield - Remove

3. Left Front Inner Fender - Remove

4. ATF - Drain

5. ATF Temperature Sensor - Remove

1. Disconnect the connector (A).
2. Remove the ATF temperature sensor (B) with the O-ring (C).

6. All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

• Check the connector for corrosion, dirt, or oil, and clean or repair if necessary.
• Be sure to use a new O-ring when installing ATF temperature sensor.
• Refill the ATF.
