Honda Pilot: Front Passenger's Seat Rail Removal and Installation

Removal/Installation

NOTE: SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations and the precautions and procedures before doing repairs or service.

1. Front Passenger's Seat - Remove

2. Front Seat Frame - Remove

3. Front Passenger's Weight Sensor Unit - Remove

4. Front Passenger's Seat Rail - Remove

Power seat (with ventilated seat)

Power seat (without ventilated seat)

Manual seat

1. Disconnect the connectors (A), and remove the clip (B).

   (with weight sensor)

2. Disconnect the connector (C), and remove the clip (D).

   (with power seat)

3. Remove the harness clips (E).

4. Remove the cushion spring (A).

5. Remove the nuts, and then remove the front passenger's seat rail (A).

5. All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Make sure to install the spacers and collars as shown.
