Honda Pilot: Secondary HO2S Removal and Installation

Removal/Installation

Front Bank (Bank 2)

1. Secondary HO2S - Remove

1. Disconnect the connector (A).
2. Remove the front secondary HO2S (B).

2. All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Bank (Bank 1)

1. Under-Floor TWC - Remove (AWD model)

2. Secondary HO2S - Remove

1. Disconnect the connector (A), and remove the harness clamps (B).
2. Remove the rear secondary HO2S (C).

3. All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

Special Tool Required

• O2 Sensor Socket Wrench Snap-on SWR2 or Snap-on YA8875, commercially available
