Honda Pilot: Front Door Panel Removal and Installation

Removal/Installation

1. Front Door Panel - Remove

1. Push on the upper hook (A) with the appropriate trim tool, and then pull back the inner handle cap (B) to remove it.

2. Remove the screws.

3. Remove the screw.

4. Start at the bottom edge of the front door panel (A), remove the clips with a commercially available trim pad remover.
5. Starting at the rear, pull the door panel upward.
6. Release the inner handle (B) from the inside of the front door panel.

7. While holding the front door panel (A) away from the door, disconnect the connectors (B).

Front Door Armrest

2. Front Door Armrest - Remove

Driver's side

1. Disconnect the connector (A), and then remove the harness clip (B).
2. Remove the front door armrest (C).

Passenger's side

Power Window Switch Panel

3. Power Window Master Switch - Remove

4. Power Window Switch Panel - Remove

1. Remove the power window switch panel (A).

5. Front Door Pull Pocket - Remove

1. Remove the front door pull pocket (A).

Front Door Upper Trim Panel

6. Front Door Upper Trim Panel - Remove

Front Door Inner Weatherstrip

7. Front Door Inner Weatherstrip - Remove

1. If necessary, remove the front door inner weatherstrip (A).

8. All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

9. Power Window Control Unit - Reset
