Honda Pilot: Front Seat Cushion Blower Removal and Installation

Removal/Installation

NOTE: SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations and the precautions and procedures before doing repairs or service.

1. Front Seat - Remove

2. Front Seat Cushion Blower - Remove

1. Release the snap ring (A) from the seat cushion blower (B).

2. Disconnect the connector (A), and then remove the harness clip (B).
3. Remove the seat cushion blower (C).

1. Front Seat - Remove

2. Front Seat Recline Cover - Remove

3. Front Seat Back Cover - Remove

4. Front Seat-Back Blower Cover - Remove (With Ventilated Seat)

5. Front Seat Cushion Cover/Pad - Remove

1. Release the snap ring (A), from the seat cushion blower (B). (with ventilated seat)

2. Release the hook strips (A).
3. Disconnect the connector (B), and then remove the harness clips (C). (with seat heater)

4. Disconnect the connector (A). (with power seat)
5. Disconnect the connector (B). (with ventilated seat)
6. Disconnect the connector (C). (with lumbar support)
7. Remove the harness clip (D). (with seat heater)
8. Remove the harness clips (E) and the cable bands (F).
9. Pull out the seat harnesses (G), out through the seat- cushion cover rings (H).

10. Release the hook strips (A).

11. Remove the front seat cushion cover/pad (A).

6. Front Seat Cushion Cover - Remove

1. Pull off the band (A) of the front seat cushion cover/pad (B).

With ventilated seat

Without ventilated seat

2. Remove the upholstery rings (A), and then remove the seat cushion cover (B).

7. All Removed Parts - Install
