NOTE: SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component
locations and the precautions and procedures
before doing repairs or service.
1. Driver's Airbag - Remove
2. Steering Wheel Temperature Sensor - Test


- Disconnect the connector (A).
- Measure the resistance between the terminals according to
the table.
- Compare the resistance readings with the specifications
shown in the graph; the resistance should be within the
specifications.
- If the resistance is not as specified, the steering wheel
temperature sensor (B) is faulty; replace the steering wheel
assembly.

3. All Remove Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
