Honda Pilot: Heater Unit/Core Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE: Be careful not to damage the heater core.

1. HVAC unit - Remove

2. Blower Unit - Remove

3. Passenger's Heater Duct B - Remove

4. Passenger's Heater Duct A - Remove

5. Heater Core - Remove

1. Remove the passenger's air mix control motor with the mode control motor A.
2. Remove the lever (B).
3. Remove the gear (C).

4. Remove the heater pipe cover (A).
5. Remove the grommet (B).
6. Remove the heater core (C).

6. All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

   NOTE: Make sure that there is no air leakage.
